· Parents are requested to kindly adhere to the distribution schedule given above to avoid the rush.

· Books for the particular class will be issued on the specific date mentioned above only. In case the parents are not able to make it kindly contact the Book stores after April 4, 2012

Last working day of the academic year 2011-12:

Nursery to Class V – 15^th March 2012

Class VI to Class IX – 13^th March 2012

Result Distribution Timings : -

Sunday to Thursday:

8.00 a.m. to 1.30 pm (to be collected from respective class teachers as per the schedule mentioned above)

5.00 pm – 6.30 pm (from the school office)

Saturdays : 8.00 a.m. to 10 a.m only (from the school office) .

Distribution Timings for books & uniforms : -

8.00 a.m. to 1.30 pm (morning),

5.00 pm – 6.30 pm (Evenings)

Friday Holiday .

Saturdays from 8.00 a.m. to 1.30 pm only.
