Hand Cricket

HAND-CRICKET

This game, which has now become a craze among all school students, irrespective of their ages, is nothing but just a combination of numbers and fingers. Each player chooses “odd or even” numbers in the beginning and when both simultaneously open their fingers, the addition of the numbers is either odd or even and accordingly the player wins. Then he/she chooses to bat or bowl and the simultaneous movement of hand continues adding up the total runs. When the bowlers’ and the batsman’s numbers match each other’s, the latter is out. At the beginning of the game, after the toss is over, the batsman can choose any number of wickets ranging from 1 to 10. Like the real game, after the batsman’s wickets are out, the bowler has to score 1 extra run added to the total by the previous and try to win within the same number of wickets, as he/she doesn’t have a choice of wickets. This is a fun game to play during free periods at school and have some time pass while getting bored.

You can conduct tournaments, world- cups, and test-matches and also play in teams.

Do try this game out instead of just sitting there and getting bored. It will help you improve your hand-eye coordination too.
