| The TNG Debates 2024, held at The Next Generation
School, Al Wakrah, on November 23-24, featured 16 teams
in a knockout competition. DPS Modern Indian School excelled with two
teams: Team ANV (Archit Chhikara, Surya
Kauthik, and Nikkil Dcruz) and Team SAS (Sidrah
Mahvish, Avani Mondhe, and Sharvi Patwardhan). Team ANV
advanced through three rounds to win the championship with a flawless
performance in the Grand Final against the host school, earning a
unanimous 3-0 decision. |
| Individually, Archit Chhikara was named Best
Speaker, with Surya Kauthik and Nikkil Dcruz securing 2nd and 3rd places.
Supported by mentors Mr. Somasundaram Narayanan, Mr. Dipin Joseph, Ms.
Asha Kurian, and Ms. Nida Farooq, the students showcased remarkable
skill and dedication. School President Mr. Yasir Nainar and Principal
Ms. Asna Nafees praised the debaters for their outstanding achievements,
celebrating their success as a testament to the school’s legacy of
excellence in debate. |
