| In the three days leading up to the much-awaited DPS-DQ MUN, the
school was abuzz with energy, commitment and teamwork as preparations
unfolded each afternoon from 2 pm to 4 pm. |
| Day 1 (22.09.2025, Monday) - Chairs from DPS-
Modern Indian School and from other schools were trained by our
energetic Executive team. The Admin team was briefed by the Admin heads. |
| Day 2 (23.09.2025,Tuesday) - The delegates of our
school from every committee were introduced to the rudimentary
procedures of Model United Nations by their respective chairs. These
sessions familiarized the participants with the rules of debate and
allowed them to build a rapport with their fellow delegates, fostering a
spirit of collaboration. |

| On all three days (22nd – 24th September), the
music team rehearsed diligently for their opening ceremony performance,
aiming to set an inspiring tone for the days ahead. The art directors
and volunteers worked tirelessly on decorations, transforming the campus
into a space worthy of the grandeur of the event. |

| The admin team, entrusted with the prestigious role of flag bearers,
practiced for the flag ceremony that would honor multiple national flags
including the flags of Qatar and India, the United Nations flag, as well
as the flag of our school. |

Overseeing it all was the Executive team, guided by the MUN coordinators
– Mr Amir Khan, Ms. Kakoli Biswas and Ms. Telma D’Sa under the
leadership of the Vice – Principal (Senior Secondary School) Ms. Soma
Bhattacharjee ensuring that every detail was handled with care. Their
combined effort promises to make DPS-DQ MUN ’25 a memorable and an
impactful experience. |
