DPS-MIS Girls were Declared as the Champion of Champions at the Grand Finals

The passionate Girls of DPS-MIS debate team proved their excellence once again with resounding success in The Qatar School Debate National Championship 2018.The team comprising Sandra Ramachandran,Samiksha Arora,and Nakshatra Gayan,with their exemplary debating skills,remained invincible and bagged the National Championship 2018 in Open Category with a three two decisions against Al Bayan Independent Secondary Schools for Girls. DPS-MIS Girls’ even bagged The Qatar School Debate League Championship 2018 along with the Rolling Trophy of Qatar Debate again by winning all the 16 rounds.It was awarded to them after calculating their total wins and accumulating the total points of top two teams of each school.At the individual category Nakshatra secured the top speaker’s position followed by Sandra in the second position,Arya and Najah in 4th position and Kanagambujam in 6th position.The platform of debating is truly a learning curve for all the debaters and the DPS girls truly used the given opportunity to its full.Principal Asna Nafees congratulated the team for their tremendous performance.
