Guidelines
1 . The exhibition will be held in the month of January 2015.
2 Students belonging to Classes III to V will come under junior category and students belonging to Classes VI to X will be under
senior category.
3 Student participation is voluntary.
4 . Under each category the student can exhibit static models (group or individual) or working models (group or individual).
5 . Each and every Model must be accompanied by a chart (size55cmX50cm)/ book report/flash cards.
6 . A student can be part of only one exhibit.
7 . A group will comprise of not more than 3 students.
8 . Exhibits will be provided with one table space (55cmX50cm); no extra space will be provided.
9 . Students have to register themselves for the competition. Registration forms are available on the web site.
10 . Last date for submission of the registration forms : 04 – 12 – 2014
11 . Charts should be  hand written(font -2cm), professional work will not be given credit rather the work done by the student
 will be appreciated and evaluated.
12 . All entries will be displayed in the exhibition QUEST -2015.
13 . A minimum of four entries must be there under a particular category to consider it for the competition.
14 . The exact date of exhibition will be announced in the month of January, but all participants are requested to be
ready with their projects by
10th January 2015.
15 . Submission date of projects will be announced later.
 


PARTICIPANTS SHOULD AVOID THE FOLLOWING IN THE PRESENTATION:
1 . Mobiles and laptops.
2 . Overhead projectors
3 . Extra table.
4 . Models which are not useful for the presentation.
5 . Inappropriate pictures or advertisements.
6 .   Dangerous items, expensive items and toxic items.
