HOW TO APPLY FOR THE TRANSFER CERTIFICATE
|

- Download transfer certificate application from the school
website (www.dpsmisdoha.com)
- Submit the duly filled transfer certificate application form to
the school office between 8 am to 12 noon on a working day.
Application submitted after 12 noon will be considered for
processing only on the next working day.
- Parents who are applying for internal transfers (changing school
within the State of Qatar) are requested to support
the TC
application with a vacancy letter issued by the school where your
ward is seeking admission for the TC (Transfer Certificate) process
to be initiated from our end.

TERMS:
|
|
- All dues of the school should be settled, including the tuition and
transportation fees.
- Library books issued to the student should be returned. In case
the book is damaged or lost, cost of the same should be paid.
- Damages in laboratory, if any, should be paid.
- Caution deposit will be refunded as a cheque issued in favor of
the wards’ father.

TRANFER CERTFICATE PROCESS:
|
|
- Submission of Transfer certificate application to the school
office.
- Approval of TC request by Principal
- Clearance from laboratory, library, and transport department.
- Clearance from the academic coordinator on attendance and other
records.
- Clearance from accounts department stating, "No Dues".
- TC generation and signature of Principal.

NOTICE PERIOD:
|
|
- 1 month notice prior to end of current academic year.
- 15 days'notice prior to end of the current term.
- 7 working days' notice, if TC is being requested in the middle
of the academic term.

NOTE: |

- One clear calendar month's notice in writing or a Term's Fees (i.e transportation
and tuition fees for the relevant term)
in lieu of such a notice must be given. In no case tuition fees (for
that particular term), special
fees, and admission fees will be refunded.

If a child, who is newly admitted into the school, is withdrawn
before the beginning of the academic session, only the admission
fees
will be forfeited from the fees deposited.
- If a student has attended even a day of an academic session and
wishes to withdraw; special fees, admission fees and tuition
as well
as the transportation fees for that term
will not be refunded.
- If the Transfer Certificate is lost or misplaced, new
certificate will be issued on payment of Qrs.50/-.
- Transfer certificate will not be issued until all dues of the
school are settled.
Students can be asked to leave the school on the following
grounds
- Disciplinary
- Unsatisfactory progress in academics
- Detention or repeated detentions in a class
